This looks cool as hell!

What does Ember represent and what does scout do as a class?

I can't guarantee these fan classpects are as fleshed out as the canon ones, but ember is a representation of sacrifice. To "sacrifice something to the flames in order to achieve something else" so to speak. It's also heavily tied to learning courage and achieving goals. Otherwise it's literally fire powers.
The scout class is based on popular fanmade ones, so it's essentially the ability to use one's aspect to explore the world, get places easier, and see what's ahead for the other players. They can also work as a sort of "messenger" class, using their aspect to transport information in one way or another.
