En general, la composición de este tema está bastante bien, parece que sabías lo que querías hacer pero sin darte cuenta fallaste en algunas cosas que podrían haber alcanzado más lo que querías hacer, aún así, la canción realmente es atmosférica y consigue dar un sentimiento de incertidumbre

El "drop" del 1:27 no está nada mal aunque de costumbre siento que las canciones más de ambiente no suelen tener tanto ese tipo de cosas, pero aún así queda bastante bien con la canción.

Mis principales problemas son los siguientes:
-Intentas añadir melodías a un tema que no los necesita (o realmente, no es ideal tenerlas), especialmente por el hecho de lo "sobrecomplicadas" que son (me refiero a como son un montón de notas cambiando rápidamente). Obviamente un tema de ambiente puede tener melodías, pero lo mejor es quedarse con notas más sostenidas y que duren más tiempo como el violín que utilizas durante la canción.

-La percusión es muy simple (si no me equivoco, solo utilizas un kick y unos hi-hats que suenan de fondo y nada más), pesada y el sonido del kick es demasiado fuerte para lo que busca ser la canción, a mi parecer.

-El mixing: por ejemplo, los sonidos suenan muy secos y algunos están demasiado fuertes. En un tema atmosférico, el mixing es super importante, personalmente recomendaría utilizar más delay y reverb en general para crear sonidos más envolventes.

En resumidas cuentas, creo que cambiando un poco la forma de hacer el tema (intentando simplificar más las cosas en vez de acomplejarlas innecesariamente -aunque entiendo el sentimiento, a mi también me pasa que siento que tengo que sobreacomplejar las melodías XD-, añadiendo más efectos en el mixing para conseguir sonidos envolventes, etc...) podría mejorar mucho más la canción.

Obviamente, todo esto es una critica constructiva y siento que hay potencial a descubrir si se mejora la técnica!

Muchas gracias por tu reseña, hago lo mejor que puedo para que mis tracks tenga un resultado que les guste a quienes escuchen, es cierto que Therapy tiene ciertas peculiaridades, pero es porque me he inspirado en una canción con una estructura un tanto similar [Frums - Tower Of Dreams], dicha canción es del juego de ritmo RAVON.

It takes a lot of braveness to open such deep and personal feelings to strangers out there and knowing where the background of this song comes from makes it even more deep. It is also incredibly brave to keep strong and positive.

I am really sorry you are going through something like that but I'm glad you're able to keep fine!

As for the song itself, I must say you're a master at sound production, your use of sound effects is phenomenal and the melodies and feelings the sound provokes are just spot-on with the story you wanted to tell.

The song and the background behind it have really touched me, I can't help but admit I cried while listening to it and reading the description.

Personally, this should be the definitive winner of this years AIM, I really can't imagine any other song that could be this amazing, heartful and fit so well with the art chosen.
